Terms and Conditions for Tini Garments AB

1. Validity of Contract

By making a purchase through the Tini Garments AB (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") website, you (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer"), who must be at least 18 years of age, agree to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). This Agreement is legally binding until further notice. For business-to-business agreements, please contact us prior to completing your purchase.

Once an order has been placed, the Seller will send a confirmation email to the address provided in your customer profile. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that a valid email address is provided and to thoroughly review the order confirmation for any errors.

 Once the order has been placed, no further changes can be made. Upon preparation for shipment, the shipping company will send an automated email with shipping details. The contract is considered fulfilled upon the Customer's receipt of the goods.

2. Terms of Products

Tini Garments AB offers three types of products:

  • Made-to-Order Products: All garments are made-to-order after receiving the Customer's request. This process minimizes environmental impact and supports local production. The product pages will indicate the estimated production time.
  • Ready-to-Ship Products: These items are in stock and ready to ship. In-stock products typically include lifestyle products or garment care items, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 days. The product page will clearly state when an item is in stock.
  • Made-to-Measure Products: Our atelier service includes made-to-measure pieces, where every garment is tried on and fitted by one of our sellers. These garments are paid for and delivered upon agreement with the seller.

3. Order and Delivery

The Customer places an order for a Product either online or at one of Tini Garments AB’s ateliers. All orders are made on demand, and the Customer must ensure that the order confirmation reflects the desired specifications (e.g., garment type, color, fabric, size, adjustments).

  • Made-to-Order Products: These products are manufactured at our mini-factory in Hälsingland, with an estimated delivery time of 3-4 weeks. Delivery times may vary, but the Seller will notify the Customer of any changes. The Product will either be sent by mail or picked up at one of our ateliers. If delivery is arranged, the cost will be the Customer’s responsibility. Larger items that cannot be delivered to a mailbox will be sent to a designated pickup point. The Customer must provide an accurate delivery address and inspect the Product upon receipt to ensure the correct quantity, size, and condition.
  • Made-to-Measure Products: These products are made in our mini-factory in Hälsingland and have an estimated delivery time of 4-6 weeks. The Product will either be sent by mail or picked up at one of our ateliers.

4. Price and Payment

4.1. Prices listed on the website include 25% VAT and are displayed in the specified currency. The final order amount is shown in the shopping cart, with no additional charges unless the Customer requests modifications to the Product or selects delivery options that incur extra costs.

4.2. The Customer shall make payment using the methods provided during the purchase process. Late payments may incur penalty interest. The Seller reserves the right to cancel the purchase if materials are unavailable or if pricing errors occur.

5. Right of Withdrawal, Defects, and Complaints

5.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within fourteen (14) days after receiving the Product. If the Customer exercises this right, they must return the Product within fourteen (14) days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method.

5.2. Made-to-measure products are personalized, and the Customer agrees that the amount paid may be used to cover the Seller's costs of personalization in the event of cancellation. If the Product is returned, it must be in its original condition.

5.3. The Customer may report defects within two (2) months of noticing them. Complaints made after three (3) years from receipt of the Product will not be accepted.

6. Customer's Responsibilities

6.1. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate information during the purchase process and for following any care instructions provided with the Product.

6.2. The Customer may not resell the Product for commercial purposes or misuse the Seller’s website, social media, or services.

7. Processing of Personal Data

7.1. Tini Garments AB is the data controller and processes personal data in accordance with Swedish and European data protection laws. Details on data processing and Customer rights can be found in the Seller's Cookie and Privacy Policy.

8. Duration of the Agreement and Force Majeure

8.1. The Agreement commences when the Seller sends the order confirmation.

8.2. Neither Party is liable for failure to perform obligations under the Agreement if such failure is due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., legal changes, labor conflicts, natural disasters).

9. Complaints and Disputes

9.1. Customer complaints can be directed to the Seller’s contact details provided below.

9.2. The Customer also has the right to submit complaints to the Swedish Consumer Complaints Board (ARN) or use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

9.3. The Agreement is governed by Swedish law.

11. Other Provisions

11.1. Neither Party shall be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11.2. The Customer may not assign their rights and obligations under the Agreement to a third party without the Seller’s consent.

11.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend the terms of the Agreement at any time.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes any prior agreements.
